there seems to be some pressure in figuring out what an appropriate "first" blog entry should contain . . . at least for me there has. which i why i started this thing weeks ago and have yet to write an entry. i've had some fascinating ideas that will prolly make their homes here sometime in the future, but for now i will just say a few key things about my blog.

1. i will not use capital letters unless referring to God/Jesus or super-emphasizing something (like "GEE WIZ!) i reserve capitals for things that deserve capitals.

2. i will not be blogging every day; likely, i will not even blog every week unless things of great import come up. quite frankly, i'm not sure how people write as much as they do on these things. how do you find the time??? don't get me wrong, i love reading them, but likely you will not see entries from me very often.

3. when you do see new stuff, it will likely not be events of my day - unless of course they have been the sources of significant light bulbs going off in my head or are just too stinkin funny not to share. i'm not sure what else you WILL read on this page, but it won't be daily events.

i'm sure there is more you will need to know, but for now that's all that comes to me. you'll figure out the rest as it comes. :-)
